In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.

Story

Three long years have passed since Spyro and Cynder were trapped in the crystal, since then Malefor has unleashed his evil onto the world. In this third chapter of the epic Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro must fulfil his destiny and face the Dark Master. As evil spreads over the world, Spyro and Cynder must discover new abilities and unlock their true powers to defeat Malefor and stop him from destroying the world.

The storyline in this game for the DS was so~ different! I mean, neither Dark Spyro, nor Cynder come out! Where was the fun in that? D:

the floating islands is the best to use fire because i burn enmies so quickly i wonder if we use fury breath will we be able to change it to other elements may i ask a question when i was flying with spyro i got dead by an enemie came and killed me

Me and my friend were playing this game just now. And we encountered a seris of glithes in the floating islands.
1.Cynder(me) was stuck to the ground and couldn't move.
2. When I freed myslef, Spyro(my friend) got stuck in mid-air and I was spinning out of control at top speed.
3.When the screen returned after lighting a tourch, the camera was under the map and it grew darker.
4. I lost control of my character AGAIN and i only could move very slowly. when i was in the air, Cynder dived forward at top speed but was stopped by Spyro every time.
5.Now SPYRO(my friend) was stuck to the ground and couldn''t move. I could not free Spyro. We had to got to the armor section and deselect all are armor.
6.We were refueling on magic and health when Spyro slipped behind a brick wall! The camera kept swicthing to my side and my friend's side as Spyro was rubbed against the wall.

Iam starting to wonder how fast they made this game.

AH i finaly beat the game i thought malefor was going to be hard but it wasnt. at the end i kept dying cuz i wasnt using my elemental and cuz i had a MAJOR addrenline rush

P.S. I love the game, because you can play as spyro AND cynder. I only hate the stupid evil chain that they're connected to! I think it kind of ruins the game...
