The fifth major console version of the little purple dragon has arrived. Spyro returns this time developed by the company behind such games as Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy and Crash Bash. Eurocom. They bring with them a fresh feel to the series that had been nearly completely ruined by the efforts of the last company in Enter the Dragonfly.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail is released on all three major consoles, the PS2, GameCube and Xbox. Featuring five playable characters including one brand new character, Blink the mole.

Once again the Dragon Realms are in danger, this time from a fellow dragon. Red, the evil dragon, a fallen dragon elder has placed many dark gems all over the realms in order to gain control over them. Their powers are seeping into the world and corrupting it. It's up to Spyro and friends to save the world again!

i've just finished this game for the 16th time and i went back on the game to get the last light gem and when i pressed load game, it said there was no saved game in the memory!!!( and a question, why do the English and American games have different names, such as: Gateway to Glimmer is the English name, and Ripto's Rage is the American name!!!???!!!)

well the last glitch i had was in the 2nd red fight were, he had a little bit of life left, and he can't hurt u when hes normal red in the battle, and i was running to a rocket and i blew up! but the screen was still moving, and sparx was still flying in the same place as he was when spyro was there!

weird...but this game is so much better then etd...it has far less glitches. another thing thats annoying about etd is the camera movements arent ever smooth and its really annoying to play that way..but this game the camera is much better so yeah =D

In my game, a few places such as Crocovile swamp's elder's place, near a mushroom which is near the entrance, you can put Spyro there and he'll look like he's falling but he's not! He'll just keep screaming and screaming, I couldn't stop laughing! But that was a long time ago...remember I said I lost my game? Haven't found it yet. smilie

yeah! i had a glitch like that in the nursery, i was walking into the nursery and there was a hole that has never been there b4 and it made me fall down!

i have a 15 sec video of a glitch from this game. its spyro falling into a blue background in dragonfly falls...its so weird i should put it on youtube.

Well, there's nothing wrong with disliking a character. Let's just not panic about it. You should see my classmate, I say the character she dislikes' name and she starts shouting! (Really!)

i don't like Blink that much,the first time played as him(the first time i played the game) i thought it was hard!(but now its not!!!)
