Recently SpyroWorld spotted that a website called tothegame had posted pages for a game called The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. tothegame at the same time had pages for a Crash Bandicoot game entitled Crash Bandicoot: Mind over Mutant, this name has turned out to be accurate... so could the Spyro name (and info) be correct too?
They had the same information from the Velvet Octopus PowerPoint plus a bit extra...

The information posted for both games was quickly removed but Mind over Mutant has today appeared at Crash Village with the same story.

In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Sypro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.
- Two elements never before seen in the Spyro universe: fly at any time and drop-in/drop-out co-op, with Cynder. Both characters can complete the game separately as well.
- Cynder being introduced as a strong, female lead alongside Spyro, girl gamers will have something to get excited about!
- Fun combat gameplay with new elemental attack moves/combos, enemies, environments, etc.
- This is the third and final installment of an epic trilogy, giving players a more mature character design and story line since the previous title; The Eternal Night.
- Spyro makes his debut on the PS3! This new venture for the purple dragon onto the next gen console will attract new players who may have not been able to experience the Spyro series previously.
- All-star voice cast including Elijah Wood, Gary Oldman, Blair Underwood, Christina Ricci, Wayne Brady and Mark Hamill

Similarly, The Darkest Hour sounds much worse. I don't get what you people see, but firstly; it's a lot cornier than A Hero's Tail was, and secondly; if the game sucks, people will see the title to mark some kind of ironic understatement, which is what I didn't want to see happen here.
Souds exciting, though. Any new Spyro info, to me, is always welcome.
This must be update week <.<
So billy west wont do sparx
They might have got the actors mixed up; we'll only know for sure if we get more info creeping in. Besides, two of the stated voice actors (Blair and Christina) have worked with Elijah Wood in the past through Deep Impact and The Ice Storm respectively, so I would have thought this is starting to feel a little farfetched unless we know what they could potentially do.
Furthermore, I just can't imagine Mark Hamill as the Dark Master. I've been familiar with some of his voice acting work after his days playing Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars films, and I still feel his voice isn't deep or gritty enough to portray him right.

Eww...why ''Dawn of the Dragon''!?!? ''The Darkest Hour'' sounded MUCH better! And I don't think this info is true...
The Darkest Hour sounds MUCH better!! And...D8 no Billy West or david Spade *goes into emo corner*
Ahh yes, finding accuracy pays, now let's see if the new characters come in or not. I'm not going to be able to find out unless I get to see any photos of the game itself.

Darkest Hour wasn't original, but it didn't sound stupid.

yes I'm getting tired of ohoh ee aa very annoying VERY,VERY ANNOYING
I'm sure that the enemies are going to be alot less annoying this time around.
On the subject of title change, I find that I do entertain a slight inclination towards Dawn of the Dragon, largely due to its potential plot implications.
I sure hope it's a new game but is there a new Crash game out for sure?

"Darkest Hour" was stupid from the beginning, due to my reasons stated. Besides, aren't the final part of such trilogies meant to sound hopeful anyway?

Interesting... Dawn of the Dragon sounds weird in a way. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
On a side-note, the Mind Over Mutant info has been removed from Crash Village.
