All these codes are entered on the main title screen where it shows the logo for the game and tells you to press START.

Warp to any level

Down Up Down Left Right Up Left Up A

Warp to visited levels

Left Right Right Left Up Left Left Right A

99 Lives in New Game

Left Right Right Right Down Up Right Up A

Infinite Health in the Sparx levels

Down Up Up Down Left Right Right Left A

Infinite Ammo for weapons in the Sparx levels

Down Right Up Left Left Up Right Down A

Weapon Select in the Sparx levels

Right Up Right Left Down Up Left Down A

After entering that code on the title screen, go to any Sparx level and while your in there press the following combinations to select what thing you want:

  • Up + Select - Shield Weapon
  • Down + Select - Homing Missiles
  • Left + Select - Widespread Bullets
  • Right + Select - Purple Wipeout
  • L Button + Select - All Keys Collected

Indeed not. Hmm...

Okay, replaced it with an alternate Warp code which lets you warp to levels you haven't visited. Also swapped in pictures for the buttons.
