These "Skylanders Sidekicks" work in-game just like the Magic Items that you get with Adventure Packs and they'll follow your Skylanders around like a pet.

Their names are "Whisper Elf", "Trigger Snappy", "Gill Runt", and "Terrabite".

why not releace a new sparx toy which gives you extra health
I looked into this..and found out according to Lays the first phase of promotion started Apr. 2 & ends May 5.
the sad thing is that they are not in the bags...buying the family packs only gives u a code to insert online.the even sadder part is that i bought two of them & both codes given to me weren't even valid when i punched them in the website..the code although the code does unlock an exclusive mini game online
it didn't work cause u have too do it in beetween the 2 dates.
u get a code to enter online in the bags the guys do not come in the bags.wait so im confuesd how do u get them and if u got them in a frito bag wouldn't they get dirty or like stop working

The operator even tried punching it in for me and it didn't work either so she said to call if it doesn't work by the codes EXPIRATION DATE MAY 5. Oh & chances of winning are slim NOT EVERY BAG IS A WINNER.wich sucks.

They're sold in Multi-packs for a reason. They'll be in the bag the actual packets of crisps come in.
Honestly, have you never seen this kind of thing been done before? It's not a new concept to give away items with food.

It will probably be a code that put in online and tey ship it to you. If it is in the bag, then it will most likely by in a small, plastic bag attached to the inside.

I think they should release them like they've released all other skylanders and adventure packs, in STORES.
By the way, I think it's pretty bizarre, do these things have time limits and can't be harmed, or are they like a "pet" that is literally like a real second player, health, gold, levels, and all that stuff. Can they do heroic challenges with you(probably not, but it would be great if they could)?
