The fifth major console version of the little purple dragon has arrived. Spyro returns this time developed by the company behind such games as Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy and Crash Bash. Eurocom. They bring with them a fresh feel to the series that had been nearly completely ruined by the efforts of the last company in Enter the Dragonfly.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail is released on all three major consoles, the PS2, GameCube and Xbox. Featuring five playable characters including one brand new character, Blink the mole.

Once again the Dragon Realms are in danger, this time from a fellow dragon. Red, the evil dragon, a fallen dragon elder has placed many dark gems all over the realms in order to gain control over them. Their powers are seeping into the world and corrupting it. It's up to Spyro and friends to save the world again!

I, personally, enjoy playing as either Hunter or Blink. smilie 'Tis fun goin' spelunking once in a while. smilie

well, i kindda like all of em but in my opinion like...Flame!(but i still prefer to play as Spyro!)

It's fun playing as Ember (When you get all ten Ember Eggs) They still call you "Spyro"... and you're a girl! smilie (I have no clue why it's funny, it just is!) Quick Question... In your opinion... who's the best character to play as in "A Hero's Tail"?

Ember iz a little pink draggon who "loves" Spyro! you cn collect pink dragon eggs with flowers on to be able to play as her, but only if y get all 10 of them!(y cn also collect orangey red eggs t be able to play as Flame)(he is a orangey red dragon identicl t Spyro but he is a different colour and has a bigger nose!!!)(slightly bigger!)

crocoville swamp iz the easiest level, if its that task y got to do for Fredneck the frog i'v done it for a dragon egg, a light gem and 20 times just for fun !!!So,connorzo y just point the cannon near the fruit and keep the shoot button pressed and move it about when a critter comes n SHOOT IT!!!!!!!!!
